Easy peasy flatbread recipe

This recipe is incredibly easy to make. I was surprised myself to be honest. You need just four ingredients to make these lovely, moist flatbreads.

Ingredients
  1. 350g of self raising flour
  2. Sea salt
  3. One teaspoon of baking powder
  4. 350g natural yoghurt
Instructions
  1. Put all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir with a spoon. Use your clean hands to pull the ingredients together.
  2. Dust your clean work surface with a bit more flour and tip out your mixture.
  3. Knead for a minute or two to bring the mixture all together. Put the mixture into a floured bowl and cover with some cling film wrap. Leave to rest for five minutes or so.
  4. Dust your clean work surface and rolling pin with flour and then divide the mixture in half and then divide each half into six pieces.
  5. With your hands pat and flatten your dough and then use your rolling pin to roll each piece into thin rounds. Roughly 2-3mm thick.
  6. Place either a frying pan or griddle on a high heat and then dry fry or griddle each piece for 1-2 minutes each side.
  7. Pile onto a serving plate and serve as a side for your dips, salads etc. they are so yummy. My boyfriend Steve said that they were a "triumph" which was lovely to hear. They are texturally inbetween a pitta bread and a naan. Blimmin' tasty if I do say so myself!
