On To The Toppings….

It really is up to you how you top and flavour your porridge but here are a few ideas to get you started. Let your imagination run wild with nuts, seeds, dried fruit, berries, cacao nibs and honey.

🥣Bowl #1 – Cacao Porridge With Cacao Nibs and Bee Pollen

Make your porridge according to the recipe above but add 1 dessert spoon each of honey and cacao powder to the cooking process. Top with cacao nibs, bee pollen and a drizzle of honey.

🥣Bowl #2 – Goji Berries, Seeds and Honey

Make your porridge according to the recipe above and simply top with dried fruit and seeds. I used sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and chia seeds. I love a drizzle of honey for sweetness too.

🥣Bowl #3 – Bee Pollen and Honey

Make your porridge according to the recipe above but top with bee pollen and honey. Simple, comforting and delicious.
