Ingredients
For the base
  • 100g Good Hemp wholemeal protein flour
  • 110g caster sugar
  • 175g plain flour
  • 12tbsp Good Hemp oil
  • 50g hazlenuts
For the filling
  • 411g jar of premium mincemeat
For the topping
  • 150g plain flour
  • 50g caster sugar
  • 6tbsp Good Hemp oil
  • 25g Good Hemp hemp hearts
  • 1tbsp demerera sugar
  • icing sugar for decorationoptional
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to Gas 2 (150 C/300 F). Firstly, start making the base. Put the hazelnuts in a food processor and pulse until a fine powder. Add the other dry ingredients and mix well. Add the oil and combine.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Push the mixture into the tin to create an even layer. Prick all over with a fork and place in the ore heated oven for 30 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, start making the topping. Place the flour, sugar and oil into a food processor and pulse until the ingredients resemble breadcrumbs. Stir in the hemp hearts.
  4. When the base has finished baking, remove from the oven. Spread over the mincemeat and sprinkle over the crumble topping. For larger lumps squeeze the mixture together in your hands to form clumps. Sprinkle with demerera sugar and place back in the oven for 30-35 minutes until the topping is crunchy and golden.
  5. Leave to cool completely before removing from the baking tray, dust with icing sugar and slice into 16 slices.
