My Week In Pictures 11/17

Kupp, Exeter

On Sunday I was invited to KuPP to review their Bottomless Brunch. Steve and I headed over to check it out. Bottomless Bords and if you so desire Bottomless Czech Pilsner or cocktails. A full review will follow but here are a few pictures to get you excited!

Monday saw me head over to the newest addition to Exeter’s thriving coffee scene. March Coffee opened a week or so ago and serves Crankhouse coffee alongside the most deliciously light and airy homemade donuts. I devoured a cloud of dough filled with vanilla mascarpone in seconds and was left with a pleasing sugar high whilst I finished my looseleaf tea.

On Friday my friend Carmen came for lunch. I prepared a yummy roasted beetroot, pearl barley and The Black Farmer cheddar as our main course. For dessert I served a delicious bread and butter pudding made with Henny and Joe’s chocolate chai. Both recipes will feature on the blog in the upcoming weeks so watch this space!

This week has been pretty quiet because I had students taking Royal Academy of Dance ballet exams. Mrs Leong, our lovely examiner, made the children feel very much at ease which is always such a relief. Let’s hope that the results come through quickly and that they are fair.

Next week it is back to normal… I have a second hand clothing swap taking place on Sunday which should be great fun! I am making some yummy sweet and savoury goodies for the occasion and can’t wait to share them with my fashionista friends. I have a couple of lunch dates where I am cooking for friends plus a dinner date with my friend Johanna.

Don’t forget to follow me on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook for more up to the minute news.

Have a great week all! X
