Preheat oven to gas 4/180C. Mix the honey, rapeseed oil and spices together in a large bowl. If your honey is set then do this in a saucepan over a low heat until the honey has melted.
Add the oats and chopped nuts and mix well until everything is coated in the spiced honey mixture.
Transfer to a lined tray and spread out evenly. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and stir well. Bake for a further 10 minutes. Stir again and bake for 5 more minutes. Let the granola cool and stir in the dried fruit. Transfer to an air-tight jar.
Enjoy with creamy Greek yoghurt and fruit, ice-cool milk or sprinkled over ice cream for dessert.
