Ingredients
  1. 2 bananas
  2. Greek yoghurt or Co-yo coconut yoghurt
  3. 2 tbsp. all- fruit strawberry jam or honey
  4. 25-30 blueberries
  5. 8-10 raspberries
  6. 1 teaspoon granola (or toasted oats)
  7. 1 teaspoon chopped nuts (like almonds, peanuts, or cashews)
Instructions
  1. Peel 1 bananas and cut in half lengthwise.
  2. Place banana halves in a shallow bowl.
  3. Add a few berries to the bottom of the bowl, between banana slices.
  4. Top with yoghurt and sprinkle with remaining berries, granola and chopped nuts.
  5. Repeat with remaining banana, to prepare second banana split.
  6. Serve immediately.
Notes
  1. For a little extra sweetness drizzle with honey.

    1. It’s great isn’t it? You can make it individual to each person too which I love.. fill the table with toppings and then go crazy. A great breakfast treat when you have a little time to savour it. #freefromfridays
