Total Time
10 min
Ingredients
- 1 box of Goupie "Boozy Christmas" chocolates
- 1 tbsp cashew nut butter
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 large very ripe banana
- 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
- Pinch sea salt
Instructions
- Empty the Goupie "Boozy Christmas" chocolates into a food processor with the cashew nut butter and blitz until you get a sticky Crumb mixture. Remove from the processor.
- Put the avocados, banana, maple syrup, cacao and sea salt into the processor and blitz until a smooth mousse like consistency is created. You do not want any lumps.
- Layer an 8th of the Goupie mixture at the bottom of a pretty serving glass/bowl and spoon over the chocolate mousse. Repeat so you have a layered dessert. You should use a quarter of each mix in each of the puddings. This recipe makes 4 in total. Eat straight away or chill covered with cling film until you are ready to serve.
